THE PROCESS
If a reporter expresses interest in my services, I like to receive a short job to scope so we can see whether we enjoy working together and how our technologies mesh.
Before beginning to scope regularly for a reporter, I appreciate receiving a correct, completed Eclipse file that I can print and refer to for format and reporter preferences.
I scope every job word for word with full audio.
The lookups and extensive research I do save the reporter time.
After scoping, I print the job and review the hard copy for any further changes that need to be made.
When this process is complete, I run spellcheck and return the file to the reporter.
